Cookies
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences and, where you allow it, understand how pages are used.
How we use cookies
System Signal Point uses essential cookies required for basic site operation (including remembering your cookie preference) and optional analytics cookies that load only if you accept them via the banner.
Cookie table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| systemsignalpoint_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject preference for the cookie banner | 1 year | System Signal Point |
| ssp_session | Maintains essential session integrity for form flow | Session | System Signal Point |
| _ssp_analytics | Optional aggregate visit measurement (loaded only after Accept) | 6 months | System Signal Point |
Managing cookies
You can Accept or Reject non-essential cookies through our banner on first visit. Rejecting does not block access to consultations pages or the contact form. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings. See our privacy policy for how related personal data is handled.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts; that request can expose your IP address to Google under their terms. We do not load third-party advertising cookies.
Impact of disabling cookies
Essential preference storage may reset on each visit if cookies are blocked entirely, which can cause the banner to reappear. Analytics will not run if you Reject or block those cookies.
