Engagements are scoped one decision at a time. We do not open open-ended retainers by default; continuity work is arranged only after a first briefing has proved useful.

Intake pack
Once the fee is agreed, you send weight bands or a summary list, mandate constraints, and any sectors you cannot touch. Sensitive holdings can stay anonymised.

Preparation
We study sector leadership and breadth conditions inside your universe, then prepare the session materials. Rush timelines are quoted separately.

Session
Meet at Bishopsgate or on a scheduled video call. We walk the reading, then leave room for challenge. Workshops extend this into a half-day team format.

Written notes
Flagship briefings receive a concise note within three working days. Breadth reviews receive a shorter memo. Notes are yours to file with your advisers.
