Services described
Pages on this site describe analytical consultations concerning sector rotation and market breadth. Content is informational. Nothing on the site constitutes personalised regulated investment advice, an invitation to deal, or a commitment to manage assets.
Enquiries and contracts
Submitting a contact form requests a conversation. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope and fee in writing (email is sufficient).
Intellectual property
Briefing notes, workshop materials, and site content remain the intellectual property of System Signal Point unless a written engagement states otherwise. You may use delivered notes within your organisation for the decision they support. You may not resell or publish them without consent.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, System Signal Point is not liable for investment losses, opportunity costs, or decisions made after reading our analysis. Our total liability arising from a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply, for complying with your own regulatory and mandate obligations, and for seeking regulated advice where your situation requires it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
